Business performance reporting Own the weekly and monthly performance reviews for Fore Coffee and Fore Donut leadership, from data pull to final narrative. Make every report lead with the "so what": what moved, why it moved, and what the business should do next. Monitor core KPIs (GMV, transactions, AOV, new and returning users, store and channel performance) and flag anomalies before they reach leadership.
Analytics and insight Lead deep-dive analyses on customer acquisition, retention and cohorts, promotion and pricing effectiveness, menu performance, and new-store and city expansion. Design and read A/B tests and campaign measurement with sound statistical method. Translate ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses, analyses and recommendations.
Metrics, dashboards and data quality Own the metric layer: one definition per KPI, documented and consistent across reports and dashboards. Govern the Metabase dashboard portfolio, including standards, access by role, and retirement of unused dashboards. Partner with Data Engineering on the ClickHouse platform, making sure tables and dashboards reconcile and stay trusted.
Stakeholder partnership Act as the main analytics counterpart for Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Finance heads. Run intake and prioritisation of analytics requests, and push back on low-value work. Present findings to senior leadership in clear, decision-ready form.
Team leadership Lead, coach and grow the Data Analyst team, including goal setting, reviews and career development. Review analysts' SQL, logic and storytelling before work goes out. Hire for the team as it grows, and build repeatable ways of working (templates, peer review, documentation).
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field. 6+ years in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably with at least 1 year leading analysts (direct reports, not only project lead). Experience in consumer-facing businesses: F&B, retail, QSR, e-commerce or consumer apps. Expert SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimisation on large tables; comfortable writing production-grade queries without help. Hands-on with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI) and able to design dashboards people actually use. Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis (pandas, statistics, basic modelling). Solid statistics: hypothesis testing, A/B test design, cohort and retention analysis, and awareness of common traps (Simpson's paradox, survivorship, small samples). Proven record of turning analysis into business decisions, with examples you can walk us through. Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including presenting to senior leadership.
