Technical Services Support Engineer

Your Tasks

Responsibilities overview – Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support our European customers in remote diagnostics and remote coding, as well as automotive technical support;
• Develop our services in the field of macsRemote remote diagnostics;
• Counselling and support in connection with updating diagnostic testers;
• Working towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets as defined;
• Providing feedback to Team Leaders from a continuous improvement perspective regarding the service to customers;
• Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.

Your Qualifications

As a future colleague at Hella (Gutmann Solutions), you should be able to contribute with:

• Automotive technical background. Preferably as an automotive technician or similar;
• Experience in working with advanced automotive technical troubleshooting - preferably with the use of OE testers;
• Systematic, positive and service-orientated;
• Trustworthy and honest;
• Independent, solution-orientated and with good communication skills;
• English written and spoken;
• Good computer skills.
