We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Product Manager Multi-Country Payroll. This full-time and permanent position Can be based in the UK or Europe and offers Global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Payroll business and its growth.

Purpose of the Role:

The Product Manager – Multi-Country Payroll Technology is responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of the organisation’s global payroll platform. This role is the critical link between customers, operations, commercial teams, and product development — ensuring the platform evolves to deliver customer value, operational excellence, and commercial growth, with a particular focus on scalability and performance as foundational requirements.

The Product Manager will establish a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and technical capabilities — while ensuring alignment across the EMEA region (inc. Success will be measured by the ability to align Development, Operations, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership around a cohesive product strategy that supports both current business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer within the product management process. Gather and interpret feedback from customers, prospects, implementation teams, customer success teams, and sales organisations.
  • Data-Driven Product Decisions: Leverage product analytics, usage telemetry, and adoption data to inform prioritisation and validate hypotheses.
  • Product Delivery & Development Partnership: Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to translate strategy into a clear set of product road map milestones.
  • Operational Performance & Efficiency: Partner with Operations teams to understand service delivery challenges, process inefficiencies, and scalability requirements.
  • Market Standards & Security Infrastructure: Maintain awareness of data protection, privacy, and security frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) relevant to global payroll platforms.
  • Commercial Enablement, Go-to-Market & Market Positioning: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure the product strategy is effectively translated into market-facing value propositions.

Attributes and Technical Skills:

  • Stakeholder management and executive engagement.
  • Organizational impact assessment and readiness analysis.
  • Communication strategy and content development.
  • Training, learning, and adoption planning.
  • Business process transformation.
  • Data-driven decision making and change analytics.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management within SaaS, B2B, or client-centric technology environments; backgrounds in Payroll, HR Technology, Workforce Solutions, FinTech, or Enterprise Software are valued but not required.
