Tour operations supervisor

Our client is a reputable IATA Travel Agency located in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Tour Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Perform to deal with clients in all aspects of tour operating activities.
• Coordinate and negotiation with suppliers locally or overseas to follow up all committed business deals.
• Handle and follow up Group Booking.
• Work & communication with Airlines and land operators.
• Ticket issuance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in Travel Industry.
• Preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
