Temporary co-ordinator (currency and retail payments)

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: Temporary Co-ordinator (Retail Payment Oversight)

Responsibilities:

• To conduct vetting of key officers and controllers of Stored Value Facilities licensees and licence applicants
• To handle telephone enquiries related to Stored Value Facilities
• To assist in data collection, data inputting and compiling statistics
• To prepare reports for management review
• To provide administrative, clerical and logistic support to the division
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• At least two years' working experience
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and detail-oriented
• IT knowledge, e.g. MS Windows, is preferable
