Network Team Lead Responsibilities

• Oversee daily network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance service delivery.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure network performance, availability, and service quality.
• Manage the lifecycle of on-premises infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, technology refreshment and decommissioning of network systems.
• Enforce network security policies, firewall governance, and access controls.
• Support compliance and regulatory audits by ensuring network documentation, controls, and processes meet required standards.
• Lead multiple scale projects including network upgrades, office relocation, expansion and integration, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Work with operation teams/stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated network architecture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Requires 8 years+ of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on network & security management.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN) and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network infrastructure and equipment (FortiGate, Cisco, Palo Alto, Huawei).
• Proficiency in security monitoring tools and security systems (SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, Trellix, Skyhigh Security).
• Strong analytical thinking, business process improvement, and risk management capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI automation, scripting, and network monitoring tools is an advantage.
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is REQUIRED, preferably with a CCIE certification.
• Relevant certifications such as HCIP, HCIE, FortiGate, Palo Alto PCNSE, CISSP, CISA, ITIL are an advantage.
• Excellent communications skills (both English and Chinese) are required.
