Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Enablement Strategy: Design, develop, and execute end-to-end learning programs for AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot) tailored to different business units, ensuring high adoption rates.
  • Culture Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous learning and digital agility. Nurture internal "AI Champions" to drive adoption and change management across the enterprise.
  • Event & Program Operations: Take full ownership of organizing large-scale corporate training sessions, webinars, and workshops. Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in logistics, meeting setups, and participant communications.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal teams. Ensure all training deliverables and vendor agreements are managed proactively, meeting strict company compliance, data privacy, and timeline standards.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Conduct post-training surveys and data analysis to measure the impact of learning initiatives, escalating potential risks and proposing actionable improvements to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a large corporate or financial services environment.
  • AI Passion: A strong, demonstrable interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation. Ability to learn new tech tools quickly and explain them in simple, non-technical terms to everyday users.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex training events and logistics flawlessly. High level of accountability, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of corporate IT security, data privacy, and vendor governance protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and influence a diverse workforce.
