C&b manager (6-month contract)

Our client is Leading Financial Institution.

C&B Manager (6-month contract) Responsibilities:

He or she will be mainly focus on the pay survey and budget projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR, you will accountable for C& B projects and initiatives focusing on payroll and benefits administration, manpower planning and reporting, annual salary review, and budget control. You will also have major involvement in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of C&B experience, preferably gained from financial or professional services firm
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment
• A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected
• Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
• Previous exposure to SAP is a definite advantage.
