As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.
Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.
We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

It’s an opportunity to strengthen governance, assess risks, and contribute to the Bank’s resilience and OneGroup vision. With continuous learning opportunities, it’s a rewarding role for those passionate about making a difference.
To succeed in Group Audit at OCBC, one must combine critical thinking with a keen eye for detail. Build strong stakeholder relationships, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions. Leverage data analytics for sharper insights and stay updated on emerging risks and trends. Managing multiple priorities, adapting to complex situations, and maintaining independence are key. Resilience and effective communication will help navigate challenges and deliver impactful, high-quality audit outcomes.
Proactively support the respective group portfolio lead (GPL) and country functional lead (CFL) in driving Group Audit’s strategic initiatives and direction within respective portfolios/ functions.
Lead or participate in group-wide and regulatory audits in risk and capital, and/ or finance, and ensure that they are completed within the planned timeline. Proactively support the respective GPLs and CFLs in executing the audit engagements, including audit planning, scoping and risk assessment. Provide regular and prompt updates to the respective GPL/ CFL on the progress of the audit engagements and the issues identified. Assess and evaluate the Group’s governance, risk management and internal controls over the activities and processes carried out by the business, risk and finance units, and ensure that their deficiencies are appropriately identified and adequately assessed. Prepare and/or review the workpaper documentations and ensure that they can support the assessments made in the audit engagements. Prepare audit report that communicates the audit outcome, opinion and issues in a concise and easy to comprehend manner. Explore and implement initiatives in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of conducting audits through the use of audit and data analytics.
Engage the auditees proactively to communicate the identified issues during the audit engagement and work with them to agree on the appropriate remediation actions and timeline.
