Job Summary:

To support the overall pre and after sales service from the Insurance Broker Team so as to facilitate the business placing efficiency and meeting the required standard under the ongoing compliance guidelines.

What you do

• Processing and input of General Insurance business transactions into the INS system in accordance with established workflows
• Independent checking of monthly commission calculations and revenue bookings
• Day-to-day handling of marine cargo insurance business
• General administrative support for broker operations according to the broker/bank’s policy
• Handling adhoc on customer enquiry on insurance policies
• To file and keep proper record of customer policy information both electronically or physical copies
• Checking insurance applications information as an independent party under the company guidelines
• Generate sales reports for management review on a regular basis

Who you are

• DSE or above
• At least 3 years of experience in the sales support role in the GI/Life Insurance brokers or agency.
• Passed in IIQE paper 1,2 and/ or 3,5 is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
