Accounting assistant / accounting clerk / assistant accounting officer

Our client is an International Watch Bracelet company. Their brand is held in high regard as a partner of the Swiss watch industry but also enjoys an outstanding reputation under their name.

They are currently seeking for an Accounting Assistant / Accounting Clerk / Assistant Accounting Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivables, accounts payable, general ledger, accounts reconciliations and document filing
• Assist in month end closing and management reporting
• Assist in administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS office
• SAP systems experience is a must
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and hardworking
• Able to work independently and with initiative to meet deadlines
