QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Two - three years experience in an HR support role or administrative position preferred. Paylocity experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.

High School diploma or GED required. Country Club or Golf Club experience is a plus but not required. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
