We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading and managing all sales, marketing, events and communications activities to achieve the hotel's revenue and business objectives. This role oversees strategic planning, revenue generation, brand positioning, and the development of long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and media.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to grow market share.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
• Work closely with Revenue to set and monitor room rates, forecasts, budgets.
• Analyze business performance data and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and market share targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience.
