Revenue Manager – Radisson RED Athens – NEW Opening expected in Q1/2027

Are you a strategic thinker, commercially driven, and passionate about turning data into results? As our Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of the revenue strategy for Radisson RED Athens, optimizing pricing and performance to maximize revenue, RevPAR and market share from pre-opening and beyond.

Tasks

  • Take ownership of the revenue management strategy for Radisson RED Athens, with a strong focus on maximizing total profitable revenue, RevPAR and market share.
  • Support the pre-opening commercial setup of the hotel, establishing the right pricing, yielding and inventory strategies ahead of opening.
  • Analyze Athens market dynamics, demand patterns and competitor pricing and translate insights into effective revenue actions.
  • Develop and continuously optimize pricing and inventory strategies across all revenue streams and market segments.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities and risks at an early stage.
  • Use relevant revenue, reservation and distribution systems to analyze performance, identify trends and turn data into actionable commercial decisions.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and operational teams, as well as Area/Corporate Revenue Management, to ensure a fully aligned commercial approach.
  • Drive the effective use and optimization of Revenue Management and Distribution tools and systems to support the hotel's performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strategic, analytical and commercially driven mindset, combined with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of hotel revenue management principles, including pricing, forecasting, yielding, inventory management and market segmentation.
  • Good knowledge of hotel technology and systems, ideally including Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto, as well as PMS, CRS, GDS, Channel Managers and OTA extranets.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify commercial opportunities and translate analysis into clear actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across hotel operations and commercial functions.
  • Comfortable balancing long-term revenue strategy with short-term pricing and volume optimization.
  • Previous hotel opening or pre-opening experience would be a strong advantage.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Valid authorization to work in the EU/Greece.
