You lead the end-to-end POPM (Point of Purchase Material) process for Organized Trade — from planning and development through to warehousing and stock management — ensuring brand presence is consistently strong. You manage the POPM budget, coordinate cross-channel requirements, and drive an effective partnership with our TMS (Trade Marketing Services) agency to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Lead the POPM planning and development process focusing on Organized trade, defining concepts and layouts for temporary and permanent materials aligned with annual marketing priorities & priority calendar.
• Coordinate POPM requirements between channels, ensuring consistency in brand communication and efficient use of resources.
• Own the POPM A&C budget end-to-end: build bottom-up budget plans for POPM production, track spending, and report on investment efficiency.
• Manage POPM warehousing, including monthly stock tracking and follow-up to ensure proper inventory levels and effective investment.
• Lead the collaboration with TMS, managing the partnership based on contractual agreements and tracking MSP KPIs.
• Continuously strengthen the insight and rationale behind point-of-sale materials, aligning with Sales and key Commercial stakeholders.
• Visit points of sale regularly to ensure brand communication guidelines are visible and respected.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience: 5+ years in FMCG, with proven experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related commercial function.
• Education: University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Budget management: Strong track record in planning, tracking, and optimising A&C or trade investment budgets.
• Project leadership: Ability to manage multiple workstreams (development, production, warehousing) simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Stakeholder influence: Skilled at coordinating across functions (Marketing, Sales, Category Planning, Finance, external agencies) and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical skills and business acumen: Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Drive for results: Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn with a strong sense of ownership.
