THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about engineering, quality, and compliance, and interested in contributing to a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment? As an Engineering Compliance Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring that GxP requirements, quality standards, and engineering procedures are consistently followed across the Engineering organization.

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with a strong compliance mindset, supporting day-to-day engineering activities, maintaining high-quality documentation, coordinating training, and contributing to audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and other internal and external stakeholders to help ensure compliant and reliable operations. This position is based in Koropi and you will report directly to Engineering Compliance Coordinator.

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:

• Ensure Engineering activities comply with GxP requirements, quality standards, and procedures, using relevant global and local reporting tools.
• Prepare, maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in line with compliance requirements.
• Review and review project documentation from compliance perspective, with particular attention to SOP requirements and change controls.
• Support day-to-day compliance activities, including CAPAs, deviations, investigations and change control actions, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate and deliver training with a focus on GxP practices and engineering compliance.
• Participate in Engineering compliance audits and follow-up improvement actions.
• Monitor relevant compliance and quality indicators, helping ensure that Engineering activities consistently meet required standards.
• Collaborate across departments, including Production and Quality, and interact with external vendors when required.

YOU BRING:

• University degree in Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Engineering, Quality, Compliance or another technical role within an industrial environment is preferred. Experience in pharmaceuticals or another process industry will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Good knowledge of GxP principles and quality requirements in a regulated environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP and/or GoTrack is preferred.
• A strong quality and compliance mindset, combined with sound decision-making skills.
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and with many internal and external stakeholders.
