Role Overview

This role sits within the EMEA Data Management team and focuses on ensuring high-quality data processes and operational excellence. The key objective is to maintain reliable data flows, integrate new sources, and optimize production processes to support accurate and timely deliverables across the business. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality standards in data entry and database production processes.
• Analyze and integrate new data sources, coordinating all related workflows for seamless execution.
• Define interfaces and adapt data converters to optimize data handling.
• Assess and validate the quality of raw data provided by external partners.
• Implement process improvements and standardize workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Develop detailed specifications for process and production flows.
• Optimize testing methods and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor processes and quality to ensure alignment with operational benchmarks.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• University degree with a strong numerical or analytical focus.
• Up to 3 years of experience in data management or related fields.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Strong interest in IT projects and data-driven solutions.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement mind set.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with EPOS data.
• Programming skills (SQL, Python, or similar).
• Previous exposure to database systems or data integration projects.
