Senior Planner Technician (m/f) (EN)

Perform project monitoring, planning, and deadline control, as well as collaborate in the preparation of work plans, in accordance with superior guidelines and in coordination with the production team and the defined technical and legal requirements, in order to contribute to the achievement of established objectives, ensuring the execution of the work in accordance with defined legal requirements and the stipulated deadline. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the work program, including necessary updates, progress tracking, and handling any potential deadline-related claims. He/she will work with the production team to communicate and ensure the achievement of partial objectives, as well as recording the production carried out and its effective reporting to the client and the internal team, reporting directly to project management.

Job requirements and skill profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in planning earthmoving and/or mining projects;
• Experience in large international construction and/or mining projects in remote areas;
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) and CCS Candy (preferred);
• Fluency in English (required);
• Communication skills;
• Problem-solving and analysis skills;
• Client management skills;
• Rigor and reliability;
• Availability for mobility.

Workplace: Guinea-Conakry - support to Siguiri Project (TSF) and Simandou Project.
