Senior private client sales manager

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our private client team in Tbilisi, someone who knows how to work with discerning buyers. You will offer clients a personal, discreet and seamless experience, and close high-value property transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the personal point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Bring in new clients through your existing network and personal recommendations
• Host private viewings and individual project presentations
• Shape tailored property proposals around each client’s lifestyle and investment priorities
• Negotiate and close premium transactions from start to finish
• Handle client data with full confidentiality and keep CRM records accurate
• Provide ongoing after-sales care to build long-term loyalty
• Achieve personal sales and revenue goals

Requirements:

• 4+ years in premium or luxury sales, for example in real estate, private banking, luxury cars or fine jewellery
• An existing network of affluent, high-net-worth clients
• Experience in running private viewings and personal presentations
• A tactful, discreet manner and a commitment to excellent service
• Proven results in closing high-value deals
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Russian and Georgian
• A good command of English
