Are you looking for an opportunity to start your career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a truly international company? Join our People & Culture Team as a Rewards Trainee and discover how employee benefits, rewards programs, and people processes help create an outstanding employee experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support benefits-related activities, employee surveys, and rewards communications
• Assist in preparing presentations, employee guides, FAQs, and internal communications
• Contribute to Rewards projects by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action plans
• Prepare HR documentation using approved templates and coordinate signature processes
• Support administrative activities related to employee documentation and record management

What We Are Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Georgian (Russian is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Genuine interest in People & Culture and employee experience
