Life on the team

Join our growing Workplace Practice and help customers design and deliver modern workplace technology. As an IT Expert Senior within our Platforms team, you’ll work across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and security, designing solutions across Windows, Apple and Android environments. This is a client-facing role where you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with consultancy, supporting customers with their technology strategy while providing technical guidance to colleagues.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement enterprise endpoint management solutions across Windows, Apple and Android.
• Deliver solutions using Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and recommend the right technical solutions.
• Design application deployment, patching and lifecycle management solutions.
• Implement device security aligned to recognised standards such as CIS, Cyber Essentials and NIST.
• Provide technical leadership and support the development of less experienced consultants.
• Contribute technical expertise to presales opportunities and solution design.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discussions and knowledge transfer.
• Produce high-quality technical designs and documentation.
• Identify and manage technical risks throughout delivery.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years’ experience designing and implementing enterprise endpoint management solutions, ideally within a client-facing environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management and application deployment.
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows 11 and Windows Autopilot.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including how identity, endpoint, security and collaboration technologies work together.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and device security.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership or guidance to other consultants.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, or a willingness to work towards them.

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, Defender XDR, Entra Suite, Workspace ONE, PKI or other UEM/security technologies would be an advantage.
