Gallagher, the world’s third-largest insurance brokerage, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Flexible & Online Benefits Consultant to join our innovative Client Technology team. How you'll make an impact

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

• Lead Client Relationships: Act as the primary client manager for a portfolio of Gallagher Guide clients, delivering expert advice on flexible benefits scheme design and ongoing management.
• Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, attend pitches, and manage the delivery of new propositions and services to expand our client base.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee the production of reports, documents, and communications, ensuring clients receive top-tier advice and support.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Provide guidance on legislative changes and employee benefit trends, sharing your technical knowledge with the wider team.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships with internal teams, offering support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Enhance Client Systems: Advise on system functionality, suggest improvements, and manage change requests to ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Lead Post-Enrolment Reviews: Present take-up statistics, survey results, and lessons learned to continuously improve our services.

About you

We’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded professional with:

• Extensive Experience: A strong background in benefits technology and flexible benefits solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of provider benefit propositions and wider employee benefits services.
• Client-Focused Expertise: Proven ability to advise clients on flexible benefits technology and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build relationships, present ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage system functionality and testing processes.
• Leadership Skills: A proactive mindset and the ability to inspire and support your team.
