Programmatic Manager

We are hiring a Programmatic Manager to help shape high-quality, innovative campaigns for clients across a diverse range of sectors. You’ll take ownership of campaign planning and delivery, turn performance data into meaningful recommendations, and help clients discover new opportunities for growth. Working within OneProgrammatic at Performics, you’ll collaborate with talented specialists and support a small team to produce work everyone can be proud of. This is an opportunity to combine programmatic expertise, thoughtful leadership, and creative problem-solving in a role with visible client impact.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Develop accurate, commercially effective media plans that deliver against client goals and create measurable value.
• Build test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses, robust measurement approaches, and opportunities to explore emerging solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of campaigns across display, online video, YouTube, Connected TV, and Broadcast Video on Demand.
• Improve team workflows through clear processes, effective quality assurance, appropriate automation, and close financial management.
• Analyse campaign performance across leading demand-side platforms, translating results into practical recommendations for future activity.
• Build trusted client relationships by presenting results clearly, understanding business priorities, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Support the development of Executives and Senior Executives through clear direction, constructive feedback, inclusive leadership, and meaningful learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Experience planning, implementing, and optimising programmatic campaigns against defined business and marketing objectives.
• The ability to select meaningful metrics and turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic platforms, with experience of solutions such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
• A thoughtful approach to quality assurance, with the ability to identify risks and maintain accuracy across your own and your team’s work.
• Confidence communicating campaign strategy and performance to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership style that supports development, encourages knowledge-sharing, and creates equitable ways of working.
• Curiosity about new technology, data opportunities, and industry developments, alongside sound judgement about where they can add client value.
