The Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, within Haleon's Digital & Technology function, represents a multi-year enterprise transformation agenda aimed at unlocking £250m+ in commercial value through over £100m of targeted digital investment. The portfolio is split across two divisions, commercial excellence and marketing transformation.
The Marketing portfolio represents a significant strategic investment in the digital transformation of Haleon's global marketing capabilities. The portfolio spans three interconnected areas that collectively enable Haleon to create, deliver, optimise and measure world-class marketing experiences at scale:
By combining marketing technology, digital experience platforms, advanced analytics and modern operating models, the portfolio is designed to improve marketing effectiveness, accelerate content delivery, enhance consumer engagement and maximise the value generated from Haleon's marketing investments.
The Head of Marketing Product Delivery is a high-profile and critical leadership role within the Commercial Digital Services organisation. Working alongside Product and Engineering leaders, the role is accountable for orchestrating the successful delivery of a complex global portfolio of marketing technology, digital experience and data-driven initiatives, ensuring strategic investments are executed effectively and delivered with quality, predictability and control.
The role combines portfolio leadership, delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment and execution management to achieve enterprise transformation outcomes across Marketing Enablement, Digital Experience Execution and A&P Effectiveness. The role holder will act as a trusted partner to senior business and technology stakeholders, providing strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of initiatives while creating the governance, transparency and delivery discipline required to execute at scale.
The role will provide, maintain and continuously evolve delivery management capabilities to ensure the successful and coordinated execution of complex programmes spanning business, product, technology, experience, content, commercial and data teams. Delivery will be achieved through a combination of direct leadership and influence across cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third-party vendors, ensuring dependencies are actively managed and outcomes are consistently achieved.
As a senior leader within the Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, the role holder will be accountable for fostering a high-performance culture, enabling effective decision making, resolving complex delivery challenges and ensuring delivery teams remain focused on successful execution. Teams may comprise a blend of internal resources and strategic partners, with programmes often spanning multiple geographies, functions and markets.
