What You'll Do

As a Senior Coordinator in the Global Strategic Campaigns team at BCG, you will support the day-to-day orchestration of key workstreams and projects within global flagship campaigns. This role requires expertise in at least one of the marketing channels with cross-functional collaboration to bring integrated campaigns to life. Project management is a baseline skill, and applying AI skills on a practitioner level is expected.

What You'll Bring

• 4-5 yrs+ experience in Marketing & Communications, with a focus in B2B campaign management
• A strong interest in B2B Marketing and Communications, with understanding of marketing channels and marketing metrics – qualifications a plus
• Proven track record of driving performance and outcomes on a specific digital channel (e.g., digital media, social media, email, SEO, LLMs)
• Proficiency in PPT, Excel and digital collaboration tools for project tracking and reporting
• Strong interest & desire to deepen expertise and immerse yourself in the campaign topic
• Ability to adapt showing proactivity in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Marketing & Communications Channel teams, Creative & Content experts, the Marketing Insights team, and Senior Leaders to drive the success of the campaign.
