We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global M&A Integration Lead to lead the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities across our global business. Reporting to the Global Head of M&A Integrations, IT PMO and Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for translating transaction objectives into structured integration plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring business readiness throughout the integration lifecycle.
This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional programme leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless integrations that support value creation, operational continuity, compliance, and long-term business success.
As M&A Integration Lead, you will be responsible for driving integration execution from planning through stabilization, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule, risks are effectively managed, and all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process. You will play a critical role in coordinating multiple workstreams across diverse geographies, functions, and operating environments while supporting strategic business growth initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future growth of a global organisation. You will work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-profile integration programmes that drive lasting business value. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for execution, collaboration, and delivering results in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you.
