As an FM Administrator in our Facilities Management team, you'll provide vital administrative support that helps ensure the smooth delivery of facilities management services across the contract. You'll be at the centre of daily operations, supporting colleagues, contractors and stakeholders while helping the team meet key performance standards.

Working within a small, close-knit team, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating activities and supporting the delivery of services in a secure environment. What you’ll do as a FM Administrator

• Operate the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system as the first point of contact for reactive maintenance requests.
• Log, track and update work requests, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.
• Support procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and monitoring expenditure.
• Coordinate external contractors and assist with contractor and supplier vetting processes.
• Produce reports, forecasts and performance information using CAFM system data.
• Process administrative tasks including payroll timesheets, overtime, sickness records and asset management information.
• Support the Head of FM and wider Facilities Management team with day-to-day operational administration.

Does this sound like you?

• Previous Facilities Management (FM) experience is essential.
• Experience using a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system is essential.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills, with the ability to create reports and manage data accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can build trusted working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information professionally.
