P5 - Business Management
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to join Finance Shared Services (FSS), with responsibility for leading the process optimisation agenda across the organisation. The position is within our Business Manager Job Family.
The lead will work across FSS to identify and deliver opportunities to simplify and standardise processes, improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls and create more scalable ways of working.
Taking an end-to-end view of FSS processes, the role will identify opportunities to eliminate complexity, duplication and manual activity and determine the most appropriate solutions. This will include process redesign and the effective use of automation, AI and agentic capabilities, working closely with FSS leadership, process owners, Technology, Strats and other key partners.
As an Executive Director, the role will provide strategic leadership for process optimisation across FSS, challenge existing ways of working and influence senior stakeholders to drive sustainable improvement across processes, controls, technology and the broader FSS operating model.
