Finance Assistant

Location: Maidstone Support Centre

Salary: £29,736.89

Contract: 12 Month FTC

We're looking for a detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our Finance team at Audika. You'll play a key role in managing purchase ledger activities, processing invoices and payments, maintaining supplier accounts, and supporting month-end finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
• Review and process employee expenses
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
• Support month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting tasks

About You

• Previous experience in a Finance, Accounts Payable, or Purchase Ledger role
• Good understanding of purchase ledger processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Competent Excel user
• Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
