Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > NCE Onshore CPX
CPX is responsible for preparing, installing, commissioning and finally handing over wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard. In this role, the main responsibility is to lead a project management team, overseeing all aspects of project management across the region. This involves overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, as well as making sure projects are finished on time, within scope, and within budget, while cultivating and sustaining effective customer relationships and a high standard of customer experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, the focus is on leadership, customer management, project delivery, and operational oversight; therefore, you will:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Project Managers, promoting high performance, engagement, and continuous growth
• Drive effective project execution across the region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain close customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer experience and effective resolution of escalations
• Establish and standardise project management practices, tools, and processes to support consistent and efficient delivery
• Monitor project performance, early identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations
• Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, and team capability development to optimise operational performance
• Provide accurate project governance and reporting, including project status updates, revenue forecasts, costs, and margin performance

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Significant project management experience within large-scale construction or infrastructure environments
Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks, governance, and delivery methodologies; PMP certification, or alternative
Experience leading multiple initiatives and priorities while maintaining high-quality results
Extensive experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and decision-making
Skilled in negotiation and in developing trusted relationships throughout the organisation
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Additional information

The position is in Edinburgh, Great Britain. For this role, you can expect between 60 and 90 days of travel per year.
