Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead sales at Oyster Bay, a beautifully maintained, premium holiday home park offering something genuinely different. Oyster Bay isn't your typical holiday park. With no holiday rental fleet, a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere, a dedicated concierge service, a spa pool, and immaculate surroundings, we offer a more refined, personal ownership experience. We're looking for someone who understands how to sell that difference.

Job Duties

The Opportunity

This role is for someone who doesn't just wait for enquiries to arrive. We want a proactive, creative, commercially minded selling sales manager who can generate footfall, create opportunities, and turn interest into sales.

Someone who can build a strong local presence, develop referral partnerships, and consistently attract the right prospective owners to Oyster Bay. But just as importantly, we want someone who recognises that our existing owners are at the heart of everything we do.

What we're looking for:

• A proven sales performer with the drive, confidence and determination to deliver results.
• A natural sales manager who can proactively generate quality leads and increase park visits.
• An outstanding relationship builder who will become a trusted, familiar face in our existing owner community.
• A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas for marketing, events, referrals and local partnerships.
• A premium sales mindset, someone who understands that exceptional service, attention to detail, and trust are fundamental to selling a luxury lifestyle.
• A hands-on leader who takes ownership, sets high standards and leads by example.
