Job Description

Position

The Group Finance department is looking for a Junior Consolidation & Finance System Analyst (M/F) to support the production of the Group’s consolidated financial statements, provide financial systems support to countries, and contribute to the digital transformation of the finance function. The position is based in Levallois-Perret and reports to the Group Accounting and Consolidation Director.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation analyst:
  • Ensure proper application of the Group’s accounting rules and standards
  • Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related notes under IFRS standards
  • Support in training countries on new IFRS standards, documentation, and process optimization
  • Provide support for the use of the Amelkis consolidation tool (EPM, Lease, Interco) for new users: installation and training
  • Assist countries with special operations: integration of new firms in France and abroad, business combinations, restructurings
• Finance System analyst:
  • Participate in the implementation of Group accounting tool (NetSuite)
  • Contribute to the automation of reporting processes (IA)
  • Identify and implement digitalization and AI solutions applied to finance processes.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Group processes.

Qualifications

Business school or university degree (Master’s level) with a focus on finance/accounting (DCG/DSCG). First experience in a Finance department, including internships and apprenticeships, and proven exposure to consolidation activities within a company or consulting firm. Prior knowledge of consolidation principles (French GAAP and IFRS) and main consolidation tools on the market (SAP BFC, Oracle HFM, Amelkis EPM). Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and method. Curiosity, dynamism, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and propose solutions. Good communication skills and proactivity. Solid economic and accounting knowledge. Fluent English required; another language would be a plus.
