About the role

To strengthen the team, we’re looking for an International Account Director capable of working on high-stakes communication challenges and playing a long-term role in shaping projects and client relationships. Working closely with an Associate Director, you will be fully involved in client relationships, strategic thinking and the operational delivery of international projects.

More specifically, you will:

• Contribute to the development of strategic platforms, creative territories and communication strategies
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a high level of quality and rigour
• Help structure client relationships, ensure smooth and effective communication, and move projects forward in sometimes fast-changing environments
• Work closely with the agency and the Havas Group teams involved in the projects, both in France and internationally
• Contribute to business development and upstream strategic thinking, including recommendations, pitches and account growth
• Depending on the project, you may work on integrated campaigns and communications spanning digital, social, film, print and activation.

The profile

This role is for experienced agency professionals with a strong consulting mindset. You are:

• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution driven when it comes to both the quality of deliverables and the processes required to achieve it
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, international and highly visible environments
• Diplomatic, confident in client relationships and comfortable working with demanding stakeholders
• Curious, committed, and genuinely interested in communication and culture.

You have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience minimum in communication or advertising agencies
• Experience contributing to the development and delivery of integrated campaigns
• Experience developing international campaigns and/or coordinating projects internationally
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential, as most client interactions are conducted in English
• A desire to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to ambitious projects.

Position based in Puteaux (Havas Village) – available ASAP on a permanent contract (CDI). Occasional international travel may be required depending on the projects.
