Reporting to: Chief Business Architect – P&C Commercial Insurance

Are you ready to shape the future of commercial insurance products in a digital-first environment? We’re looking for a Package Product Leader to drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of our CI Package portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of underwriting, product, technology, and strategy — helping deliver scalable solutions that support growth, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead the digital development of CI Package products, including product design, question sets, business rules, underwriting functionality, and documentation
• Ensure product design aligns with underwriting requirements and strategic digital objectives
• Own business requirements across multiple digital streams, including Duck Creek, EXP, OneHub, pricing, portfolio insights, and advanced analytics
• Drive continuous portfolio improvement through insight-led appetite and pricing changes
• Work closely with underwriting teams to align product features with business needs and scalability goals
• Lead the rollout and adoption of strategic underwriting platforms, clearly communicating value to users and stakeholders
• Use digital technology to support business strategy and deliver planned growth and profitability targets
• Ensure product design is robust, adaptable, and built for future growth, with a strong focus on customer experience, underwriting excellence, and efficiency
• Track and measure key performance metrics, turning insights into roadmap and delivery improvements
• Develop, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to accelerate speed to market and business impact
• Monitor dependencies and risks, working proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Support solutioning, release planning, and quality assurance during build and testing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical experience

• Prior experience in Property & Casualty underwriting is mandatory, including product and platform development in a digital environment
