Associate director pmi (f/m/d)

At Lonza Porriño, we are looking for an Associate Director PMI (f/m/d) to join our team and play a key role in driving post-merger integration and carve-out activities across people, technology, processes and governance. In this global role, you will work across complex integration and carve-out projects, partnering with senior stakeholders and external partners from due diligence and planning through execution of full integration/carve-out lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement Lonza's integration and carveout capabilities across people, technology, processes and governance.
• Drive and be part of the integration and carve-out projects from setup and planning through execution (due diligence, Sign-to-Close, and post-close).
• Support negotiations (e.g. SPAs, APAs, TSAs and ancillary agreements), working with various external and internal stakeholders.
• Give senior management clear recommendations and secure buy-in on integration and carve-out matters.

What you bring:

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, life-sciences or a related field.
• Relevant and in-depth experience in post-merger integrations and carveouts, M&A, corporate development, transaction management, finance or strategy, with strong analytical and financial expertise.
• Excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills, plus a solid grasp of the industry and macroeconomic environment.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners, assertive, yet highly collaborative.
• Ownership mindset and a structured, pragmatic approach to ambiguity, pressure and competing priorities.
• Business-fluent English.
