Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Support a global leader in intelligent energy storage and sustainable energy solutions, helping customers make the most of clean energy through innovative battery storage systems and smart energy management solutions.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with your colleagues.
• Work rotational shifts 24/7.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• C1/B2 written and spoken proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
