(Eventual) Pasante de Talento Humano

• Apoyar en la organización, actualización y archivo de documentación de los colaboradores.
• Brindar soporte en el proceso de ingreso y salida de colaboradores
• Apoyar en la elaboración y control de documentos relacionados con el personal.
• Colaborar en la coordinación de capacitaciones, inducciones y actividades internas.
• Dar seguimiento a solicitudes administrativas de los colaboradores y derivarlas al responsable correspondiente cuando sea necesario.
• Realizar otras actividades de apoyo relacionadas con el área

Formación académica:

Estudiante universitario de Psicología Organizacional, Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Gestión del Talento Humano, Ing. industrial

Manejo de excel intermedio - avanzado
