Job Duties

Bajo estricta supervisión, realiza reparaciones, mantenimiento preventivo, calibración e inspecciones de herramientas de fondo de pozo (down-hole) y otros equipos utilizados en sus aplicaciones, siendo responsable de garantizar que todas las actividades se ejecuten de manera segura, eficiente y eficaz. Sus áreas de especialización pueden incluir aptitud mecánica, interpretación de planos y diagramas esquemáticos, uso de instrumentos de medición de precisión, habilidades informáticas, así como el ensamblaje y desensamblaje de herramientas asociadas con equipos de fondo de pozo. Se requiere título de bachillerato o equivalente, y se prefiere contar con un certificado de formación técnica o un nivel educativo superior.
