Do you enjoy logistics most when things are not completely straightforward? Are you comfortable navigating operational complexity, bringing people together and finding solutions when processes are still taking shape?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Nordic Logistics team and support our warehouse and transport operations across the Nordic markets. This is an opportunity to build on your logistics experience in a complex FMCG environment, working across multiple markets, product categories, and stakeholders. You will work closely with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders to keep operations moving, solve challenges and continuously improve the way we work.
Nestlé is the world's largest food and beverage company, with a purpose of unlocking the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come. At Nestlé Nordics, we believe our people make the difference. We foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where you can grow, learn and contribute from day one.
You will join our Nordic Logistics team, working across warehouse and transport operations that support Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
An important part of the role will be our collaboration with external logistics partners, including our recently implemented warehouse operation in Helsingborg. We are still in a period of stabilization following the go-live, with processes being established and opportunities to improve how we work together.
This makes it a role for someone who is comfortable working in an environment where not everything has already been defined. You may encounter operational challenges or processes that are still evolving. You will help navigate these situations, connect the right people and find practical and compliant ways forward.
You will work across different stakeholders without always having formal authority, making your ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, create alignment and move things forward particularly important.
The position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and reports to our Nordic Logistics Manager. Occasional travel to our warehouse in Helsingborg should be expected.
We would love to hear from you, if you:
Experience from a 3PL provider, warehousing or transport operation, or another FMCG business would be particularly valuable.
This isn't a role where everything is already neatly defined and you simply need to follow the playbook. You will join us at an interesting point in the development of our Nordic logistics operations, with the opportunity to contribute to how processes, partnerships, and ways of working evolve. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, building strong relationships and finding practical solutions when the answer isn't immediately obvious, we would love to hear from you.
We look forward to receiving your application no later than 1 November 2026. To keep the application process simple, we do not ask for a cover letter. Just submit your CV and answer a few short questions as part of your application. Applications will be reviewed after the application deadline, after which selected candidates will be invited for interviews.
Preferred start date: As soon as possible.
Please note that we only accept applications submitted through our Careers site.
If you have any questions about the position, you are welcome to connect with Sette Brygger, Nordic Logistics Manager, on LinkedIn.
We look forward to hearing from you!
