MS team in Denmark that operates the SINE network. Will be part of the engineering team that configures, maintains, upgrades and expand the SINE network.

Job Description

Do you want to secure the operation of SINE? We are looking for a Senior System Engineer. At Dansk Beredskabskommunikation A/S, we are looking for a new key player for our technical team. Our mission is to operate and maintain the Danish TETRA public safety network, SINE, which the police, fire brigade, and defense forces rely on every single day when seconds count. It is a task that requires a high level of technical expertise, and therefore we need an experienced profile who wants to help take responsibility for Denmark's most critical communication lines.

About the job and your responsibilities

As our new Senior System Engineer, you step directly into the technical engine room. You will play a central role in ensuring that our network and systems always perform flawlessly and are protected against threats.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Daily operation and maintenance of the Danish public safety network alongside the rest of the technical team.
• Execution of critical security updates and patching.
• Network configuration of the nationwide radio network.
• Configuration and maintenance of our essential reference system.

Basic Requirements

Who are you?

You thrive in an environment where high uptime and security are the top priority. We expect you to bring a strong technical toolkit and the ability to maintain a clear overview in complex system landscapes.

We imagine that you:

• Are a qualified engineer with at least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer or similar.
• Have in-depth technical knowledge of network and server infrastructure.
• Are systematic and responsible in your approach to problem-solving and updates.
• Concrete experience with TETRA radio networks or commercial mobile networks is a plus, but not a necessity.
