We are looking for a student assistant who is eager to become part of an engaged team and gain practical experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing.

Your Tasks

As a student assistant, you will have a varied workday with responsibilities including:

• Coordination and handling of repairs in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Preparation and shipping of equipment
• Planning and follow-up on service tasks
• Creation and closure of service orders in our systems
• Customer support via phone and email
• Administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks across the organization
• Contribution to marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters
• Practical assistance at internal activities and events

We Imagine That You

• Are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree and have at least 1-2 years left of your studies
• Are service-minded and thrive on customer contact
• Work structured and have an eye for detail
• Are curious and eager to learn new systems and processes
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Have good communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Have an interest in administration, communication, and marketing
• Can work approximately 10-15 hours per week with flexibility regarding exam periods
