Join Pandora’s Creative Studio, our in-house creative agency, where you’ll play a key role in bringing global campaigns, product launches and creative initiatives to life across markets, channels and customer touchpoints.

As a Senior Specialist, Project Management, you’ll sit at the heart of delivery - bringing structure to creative work, connecting teams, managing timelines and making sure great ideas move from brief to reality.

Your projects will range from smaller tactical deliverables to complex global campaigns involving multiple markets, disciplines and external partners. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, Production, Brand, Regional teams and agencies, navigating competing priorities and making sure the right people are aligned at the right time.

This is a hands-on senior project management role. You’ll own the detail when needed, while also seeing the bigger picture, anticipating challenges and helping teams make the right decisions. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your projects, while working as part of a collaborative Creative Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to delivery, including global campaigns, product launches, content initiatives and tactical creative deliverables.
• Build structure around complex projects - from timelines and milestones to dependencies, budgets and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to keep work moving and delivery on track.
• Anticipate risks, challenge timelines and priorities constructively, and bring solutions when things get complicated.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication on progress, decisions, risks and next steps.
• Manage project budgets and support agency, freelancer and supplier relationships.
• Partner with Creative Operations on intake, prioritization, resource planning and capacity.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, milestone reviews and other key project forums.
• Capture learnings and contribute to improving how Creative Studio plans and delivers work.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced project manager who enjoys making things happen:

• 6 – 8+ years of experience in creative, marketing or integrated project management.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects - ideally including global campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain momentum when priorities change.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and external partners.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, make recommendations and drive decisions forward.
• The judgement to know when to dive into the detail and when to step back and see the bigger picture.
• Experience working in an agency, in-house creative team or complex marketing organization.
• Experience with project management and workflow platforms such as Asana, Aprimo, Workfront or Monday.com is a plus.

Your new team

You’ll join Creative Operations within Pandora’s Creative Studio, working alongside Project Management, Traffic, Digital Asset & Content Operations, Production and Creative teams.

Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations, you’ll be part of a team building the structure, clarity and ways of working that enable Pandora’s creative work to move from ambition to execution.
