Help shape Coloplast’s growth agenda by sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic transactions across our global business.
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join Group Development & Strategy at our headquarters in Humlebæk. The role will have a primary focus on M&A while also contributing to selected enterprise strategy projects. You will help develop Coloplast’s M&A agenda, build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across our business segments, support the M&A Director on key priorities and independently lead selected projects.
The transaction scope spans acquisitions, divestments, minority equity investments and strategic partnerships, as well as integration planning. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leaders, business segments, global functions and external advisers.
You will join a team of five high-performing specialists across strategy, business development and M&A. Together, we work across group strategy, strategic projects, transactions and post-merger integration, collaborating closely with Executive Leadership and teams across the organisation. You will become part of a distinctive performance culture focused on working together to achieve the best results.
You are intellectually curious and comfortable moving between the big picture and detailed analysis. You create momentum in ambiguous situations, challenge constructively and know when to involve others. You build trust across functions and geographies, remain composed under pressure and balance analytical thoroughness with the pace required in live transactions.
