Shape the People agenda behind a global operations organization of 4,000 employees.
This is an opportunity to take a key HR leadership role in one of the largest and most business-critical areas within Hearing Aids. As Global HR Business Partner for Global Operations, you will partner directly with the SVP and Global Operations Leadership Team, shaping the People agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions globally.
You will work at the heart of the business, bringing a People and organizational perspective to strategic decisions and translating business priorities into initiatives that strengthen performance, productivity and long-term organizational capability.
At the same time, you will lead a geographically distributed HRBP team supporting Operations across countries and locations. Your role is therefore both strategic and operational: setting direction, challenging thinking, turning data, insights, and decisions into action across the organization.
You will be the strategic People and organization partner to the SVP, Global Operations, and the Global Operations Leadership Team.
The role covers the People agenda across a global organization of approximately 4,000 employees, including organizational development, workforce and succession planning, talent, leadership effectiveness, transformation, and employee engagement.
You will connect the needs of Global Operations with the broader Hearing Aids and enterprise HR agenda while leading and developing the HRBP organization supporting Operations across countries and cultures.
You are a senior HR leader with a strong business mindset and the credibility to operate as a close partner to executive leadership.
You understand the realities of a demanding international operations environment and know how to balance strategic perspective with execution. You build trust, but you are also prepared to challenge assumptions, bring alternative perspectives to the table and stand your ground when it leads to better business outcomes.
