Are you passionate about product data and the systems that turn it into consistent, high-quality experiences everywhere it's used? Do you enjoy the technical challenge of connecting complex data flows across platforms? Do you thrive on making product information easy to find, understand, and trust—for customers and for AI? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
Pandora's team is looking for a Product Manager to own our Product Information Management (PIM) practice. PIM is central to our architecture, syndicating product data to ecommerce, marketplaces, retail, and marketing systems, so you'll work at the intersection of data architecture, content quality, and discoverability.
As our new Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy and delivery for our PIM platform, with InRiver preferred as our PIM technology. You'll work closely with data, engineering, and content teams to define the data model, govern data quality, and ensure product information flows correctly to every downstream channel.
This role is critical to how our products are found and understood—not just by customers on our own site, but increasingly by AI-driven answer engines and generative search. You'll balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on technical execution, vendor management, and continuous improvement of our data model.
We would love if you could bring:
We know that great talent comes from different backgrounds and experiences. If this role excites you and you can see yourself bringing many of these skills to the team, we’d love to hear your story!
You’ll join our Product Management team, alongside colleagues in Copenhagen and Baltimore, working in a collaborative and international environment. Reporting directly to the Director, Product Management, you’ll work closely with teams across e-commerce, stores, retail technology, brand, marketplaces and local markets, giving you broad exposure across Pandora and plenty of opportunity to collaborate across the business.
Global Career Band: This role is a Manager, Band 4B, individual contributor position.
At Pandora, we’re crafting more than jewellery. We’re creating the future of an iconic global brand. You’ll work from our Digital & Technology Hub in Copenhagen alongside talented colleagues from around the world, helping shape the digital experiences, platforms, and technologies that support millions of customers and employees every day. From our LEED Gold-certified workplace to our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship, Pandora offers an environment where you can do meaningful work, grow your career, and make a lasting impact.
You will be working out of our beautiful Digital & Technology site in Copenhagen, in a rapidly growing environment of highly skilled and experienced colleagues, which is a key initiative that goes along with Pandora’s ambitions. Besides our inspiring workplace design, we’re proud of our LEED Gold Certification for Energy and Environmental Design.
