Working Student, Fever Originals Central & Northern Europe (m/f/d)

📍 Berlin | approx. 20 hours per week, flexible around your lecture schedule

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support the Fever Originals Central Europe team in Berlin. Fever Originals builds and runs its own experiences. You will sit in the middle of that team and keep both the office and the projects moving. Part of your work will be recurring and dependable, part of it will be whatever landed on the team's desk this morning. If you like variety, real ownership and seeing how an experience goes from a spreadsheet to a queue outside the door, this is a good place to spend your working student years.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Team Operations (the recurring side):

• Keep the Berlin office running: supplies, orders, deliveries, equipment, contact with suppliers and building management.
• Own the small recurring routines end to end, so nobody has to chase them.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and help organize team days, visits and events.

Administration & Systems (the ad hoc side):

• Take on one-off projects such as an inventory of our IT systems, licenses and subscriptions, and turn the result into something the team can actually work with.
• Keep internal documentation, trackers and tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, Jira, Slack) accurate and up to date.
• Prepare documents, summaries and decks for internal and external meetings.

Project Support, Permanents:

• Support venue scouting: research locations and catchment areas, build longlists, gather market data and prepare site comparisons.
• Help prepare site visits and conversations with brokers and landlords, and keep the pipeline properly documented.
• Assist the project managers through the steps that turn a location into an open venue: fit-out, permits, suppliers, timelines.

Project Support, Tourables:

• Support the teams that take our formats on tour: venue and supplier research, logistics, quotes, permits.
• Help track deliverables and deadlines across cities so nothing falls between two projects.
• Lend a hand on site around openings, where you see the result of the work in person.

Numbers & Reporting:

• Maintain P&Ls and cost trackers, and keep actuals against budget current.
• Follow up on invoices with vendors and the Finance team, and chase what is missing.
• Pull together ticketing and performance figures for weekly reporting.

What You Bring

• Enrolled at a university in Germany and available for around 20 hours per week.
• Based in Berlin and happy to work from our office close to Alexanderplatz.
• Fluent German and confident English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through: what you take on comes back done.
• Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and quick to learn tools like Airtable, Jira and Slack.
• A proactive problem-solver who asks when something is unclear and works independently when it is not.
• Bonus: a first taste of events, hospitality, real estate or production.
