Job Title: Plant Mechanic / Supply Engineering

Work Environment: Shipyard – Stainless-Steel High-Pressure Piping

Candidate Eligibility: EU Member States only

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate stainless-steel pipe components for high-pressure systems.
• Operate pipe-processing machines.
• Fabricate and install stainless-steel components according to isometric drawings and technical drawings.
• Set up pumps and other units/aggregates.
• Fabricate pipe groups based on 3D construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Follow shipyard quality standards and applicable construction regulations.
• Support material deliveries and assist during inspections by construction supervision and classification bodies.
• Assist with pressure testing and related inspection activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a Plant Mechanic / Supply Engineer (Shipyard)
• Practical technical competence in the relevant piping and installation activities.
• Basic welding knowledge.
• Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker für Versorgungstechnik (Plant Mechanic for Supply Engineering).
• Ability to work with 3D construction documentation using a tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
• Ability to independently understand and work from technical drawings and 3D documents.

Advantageous Experience:

• Previous shipyard experience.
• Experience with stainless-steel high-pressure piping systems.

Candidate Eligibility:

• EU Member State candidates only.
• Candidates must have the required completed vocational qualification.
• Relevant certificates and meaningful professional profiles must be provided.
• Candidates must be able to work independently from technical drawings and 3D construction documents.
