About the Team:

WMS/SAP Specialist for Warehouse Processes is responsible for the continuous management of warehouse operational flow, monitoring key performance indicators, and effective utilization of available capacities.

The main goal of the position is to ensure a smooth workflow between individual warehouse processes, timely identify deviations from the operational plan, and coordinate corrective actions with the heads of individual departments.

The position acts as a central point for operational reporting, capacity planning, system support, and providing current information to warehouse management.

What to Expect as a WMS/SAP Specialist for Warehouse Processes (m/f/d):

• Continuously monitor the flow of orders and materials across the warehouse.
• Control the fulfillment of the operational plan in individual processes.
• Regularly monitor key operational indicators in real-time.
• Evaluate actual performance against the plan and set goals.
• Timely escalate significant deviations from the operational plan.
• Compare planned workload with the available number of employees.
• Recalculate capacity needs based on current productivity and remaining volume.
• Prepare regular hourly, shift, and daily operational reports.
• Provide management with current and accurate information about the operational status.
• Prepare materials for shift meetings and handover.
• Provide basic support to users of warehouse and reporting systems.
• Check the accuracy and availability of operational data.
• Organize and prioritize the work of Flow Desk team members.
• Distribute responsibilities during the shift.

Your Profile as a WMS/SAP Specialist for Warehouse Processes (m/f/d):

• Minimum secondary education.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 5S/Lean/Kaizen standards.
• Fluent Czech, English is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety standards in the warehouse.
• Knowledge of SAP (EWM, MM, SD) and logistics tools (e.g., scanners, storage rules) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation.
