Job Summary

We are hiring Quality Controllers for a manufacturing company in Prague, Czech Republic. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Identify defects and non-conformities according to quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
• Support quality improvement and corrective action activities.
• Ensure good workmanship and compliance with production standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Salary

1,000–1,350 EUR/1L-1.5L per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Manufacturing.
• Minimum 12th / High School qualification.
• Good understanding of quality inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and technical drawings.
• IELTS Band 4.0 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Age between 21–45 years.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Benefits

• Gross Salary: EUR 1,250–1,540 per month
• Net Salary: EUR 1,000–1,350 per month
• Rate: 180 CZK/hour
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Overtime: Paid as per law and production requirements
• Accommodation: Company-provided; deduction of EUR 240–480/month
