Ap ic specialist

As an AP IC Specialist you will be a member of the Shared Services Center accounts payable accounting team.

The Accounts Payable (“AP”) function includes the activities that follow procurement and terminate at the processing and recording of payments for goods and services and the related expense in General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing of intercompany service invoices in ERP SAP/Oracle (Control if agreement is in place, all data are correctly filled in the template, communication with requestors)
• Communication with internal customers and suppliers to ensure smooth & effective operation, ensuring all issues are escalated and resolved within defined timescales
• Effective resolution of queries
• Maintenance of control activities
• Under direct supervision in data entry, filing and maintaining financial information to management for financial reports.

Qualifications

• High school (Finance/Accounting) or working experience in administration is preferred
• Fluent written and communicative English
• PC skills (MS Office, Oracle system/SAP experience is an advantage)
• A strong team player with the ability to learn and work alone when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
